D L Suresh Babu is the founder and managing partner of SURESH & CO., He is specialized in the field of tax planning, tax structuring, financial planning, company law and auditing with over 50+ years of experience.

He was a Central Council Member, Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, from 1982 to 1985.He has presented technical papers at various forums and has also chaired many sessions conducted by various bodies of the Institute. He was a Director in The Lakshmi Vilas Bank from 2000 – 2008 which is a private sector bank. He was the Chairman of Audit Committee of the board.
D L Suresh Babu is also active and hold seniors’ honorary posts in many Non-Profit Organizations. Managing Our firm’s contribution to the society at large.

Advising businesses around the world for 21 + years.  Passionate about creating simple and holistic solutions addressing business, commercial, tax and regulatory requirements. He is known for Achieving Commercial Efficiency without compromising Corporate Governance. He Has Avid Interest in the Game of Life. 

D S Vivek has vast knowledge and experience in Business Restructuring and Merger and Acquisition which are his key areas of specialization. His strength is in building CA Practice and Practice Management Tools & methodologies

Vikram​ Udupi

Vikram is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India – (FCA) and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India Institute (Licentiate ICSI) with over 9 years of experience in Audit and Assurance services. He brings knowledge, experience and expertise with proficiency and finesse.

In a professional career spanning more than 6 years, Vikram has led various prestigious assurance and advisory engagements for some large and marquee clients in IT & ITES, financial services, manufacturing, textiles, retail, education and real estate sectors. He has worked extensively with multinational corporations and Indian groups in the IT/ITES sector.
With a passion for newer and challenging opportunities, he is also instrumental in firm & foray into consulting and advisory services in Ind AS Reporting, Financial Controls Review etc. He was previously the lead Manager of the Assurance teams at two mid-tier firms. He is an experienced auditor with extensive experience of reporting to Board Audit Committees and interacting with Senior Management.

Santhanam Narayanan

Santhanam Narayanan is a member of Institute of Chartered Accounts of India (ICAI) and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) with over 32 years of Industry experience in manufacturing Sector in Sugar, Textiles, Electrical and Electronic components handling Finance, Treasury, Costing, Secretarial, Accounts and Audit functions. He has a Diploma in IFRS from ACCA, UK and completed a Certificate course on Forex and Treasury management from ICAI.  He has rich experience in business process optimisation. He is good at assessing an organisation’s use of resources and tactical planning and providing solutions for organisational improvement. He has worked extensively with Indian Group companies and multinational companies. He was previously Director-Finance of a  multinational Corporation and is presently Partner at our Chennai Operations.

Manisha Khanna is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and specializes in direct Tax Litigation, Tax Advisory, and Tax Audit.

She is currently taking charge of Suresh & Co Chartered Accountants, New Delhi operations. Before taking up this new role she was associated with Suresh & Co. Bangalore where she was a Division Head for Trust/NPO and a Team Leader of the Tax Representation Division.

She brings extensive knowledge and experience along with an in depth understanding of Direct Taxation and NPO services. She is an excellent communicator and has demonstrated her abilities in negotiations with Statutory Authorities and other Govt Authorities.

She is a team player who advocates and encourages collaboration and accountability in team members. She is a firm believer in leading by example. As a leader she upholds those values and understands that her actions have an impact on employees’ attitudes and performance.

He has 20+ years’ experience in various aspects which include Domestic & International Tax advisory, Valuations, Mergers & Acquisitions, Business transfers, Transaction support services, Inbound & Outbound investments, Due Diligences of both Indian and foreign entities, Business restructuring, review of agreements, contracts from commercial perspective, corporate law matters, Support in fund raise (debt / equity), Trust & succession planning. He has got knowledge on various industries, covering Manufacturing, F&B, Agriculture, Software (including SAAS), Education, Retail, Trading, etc. Any advisory requires understanding the business & commercial aspects well and at the same time the advisory should fit into the framework of various legal statutes. Over the years, Arun has practiced this and has gained expertise which helps him provide out of box solutions to the clients from 360-degree perspective.

Naveen is heading Indirect Tax practice with focus on business advisory and strategy, supply chain management, pricing models and policy, industrial policy, PLI etc. Naveen will also be engaged in overall Business Development of all the varied practice areas of Annveshan will be a key stakeholder in ‘Annveshan’s growth story.

Naveen comes with the pedigree of being Partner at BDO and SDU, and running private practice, prior to joining Annveshan. He has authored and presented papers on various Indirect Tax matters at various platforms. He has composite experience of 22 + Years in serving large and medium size clients.

Naveen has extensive experience in handling Litigation concerning Indirect Tax at all levels of adjudication and appeals. He has managed several large engagements in India across diverse industry verticals viz, Manufacturing, Software, Retail, Real Estate, Finance, Pharma etc.
