He served as a Director of The Lakshmi Vilas Bank from 2000 to 2008. He was also the Secretary and Vice President of the Karnataka State Chartered Accountants Association.
He has worked extensively for people with special needs, serving as Secretary of Bangalore Speech and Hearing, a prominent organization dedicated to individuals with speech and hearing impairments. He is also a Trustee of Awake Foundation, which focuses on empowering visually challenged children.

He believes that the beautiful and abundant mercy received from the Almighty should not be kept exclusively for oneself, but should be shared with people in need. As Secretary of Dr. S.R. Chandrashekar Institute of Speech and Hearing for the last seventeen years, he has worked tirelessly to ensure that quality education in speech and hearing is imparted to children. Through Sunaad School, he has actively supported hearing-impaired children in becoming part of the mainstream of society. He also ensures that people with hearing difficulties leave happily, and even those who cannot afford hearing aids are provided with them. As Trustee of Srng Sampannappa Charities, he supports free hostel facilities of high standards for meritorious students from economically challenged backgrounds, irrespective of community. As Trustee of Awake Vishwa Seva Foundation, he supports visually challenged children in pursuing their education.Through Srinidhi Foundation, scholarships are distributed to the needy, along with old-age pensions and medical relief for underprivileged individuals. Beyond his social service activities, he is an active tennis player and enjoys attending bhajans, music discourses, dance performances, and drama.
